I'm not, but understand how it works.
I've been around people with it, and have even helped some get stable.
Don't take this next statement badly, because it is not how I mean it.
It is first that a person needs to get their weigh down, and this is the hardest part.
You can't eat yourself smaller, you must do some exercise, and most people have a hard time doing it.
It has to be something you make part of you life, much like brushing your teeth, or bathing when you are as you are.
Next, breakfast is a must. When you wake from a long sleep, eating first thing is the best thing you can do for your system.
What you eat makes the grade, and you should set your home up so that you have nothing else in your kitchen but they things that are best for you.
You can't eat what you don't have, right?

It won't be magic, it takes time for your body to adjust, but it will help greatly.
What would be a tipical breakfast for you?
